Slagman

Slagman worked as actor  in different theatre groups and ensembles since 1984:

at Microtheater Imperium in Leiden, at Toneelgroup Het Arsenaal,

at Hesp Theatre for Kids and at Gift (Meyerhold)

He took part in several Commedia dell Arte workshops in the Netherlands and Italy.

Since 1998 he follows intensively the work of Frankie Anderson (Bristol): "the fool and the empty space".

In 2013 he started a 3 year lasting training in Voice Dialogue with Peter Dellensen and Trilby Fairfax in Dorchester.

He developed himself into a theatremaker and streetperformer and since 1990 he produced the following streetshows:

Broos  -  The Hero  -  Grasshoppers Shop  -  foudadadodo  -  Pop-Up!  -  living painting

Mik MacManikin  -  Instant Paradise  -  d'or -  the roseseller - Stories from the belly of the wolve

the Grief  -  Alles of niets mannetje  -  Met Billie is alles kids

Trainer for role play in the framework  of the  HBO education for welfare work at Rotterdam

In deze trainingen geef ik de gelegenheid aan de studenten om dat gene uit te spelen wat zich in een contact met clienten daadwerkelijk afspeeld, zodat zij inzicht krijgen in onbewuste processen die het contact met clienten beinvloeden. Met als doel dat bewust te worden en daar beslissingen over te kunnen nemen.

Since 2018 Slagman offers workshops for players and performers of all kind.
